There are  two (2) levels of meetings held for the club at venues to be decided relevant to each meeting.

Management Meetings

Attended by President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Registrar.  

If there is any business that requires attention you must submit it in writing to the secretary by the Wednesday night before the meeting.

 

General Meetings

Attended by President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar and any other interested members.
